• How much does the session cost?

$75 for 60min

• How many sessions do I need?
It all depends on how you progress as a client.

• Can I choose the coach?
No, depending on availability the scheduling department will provide you with your coach, with that in mind, all our coaches are also bilingual.

• Can all people be cured/treated?
Each case is different and each client is different, our coaches and professionals adjust to the needs of
the client.

• What type of services do you offer?
Family, marriage, divorce, adolescents, mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Check out our services page for a full list of topics and more!

• Do you treat chemical substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, medicine)?
Not at this time, but we are working and taking steps to open these services sometime in the future.

• Are the sessions in person?
They can be in person if you reside near one of our local offices or video- online call which is preferred by most, we have a schedule from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, holidays hours may vary. Schedule Here.

• What form of payments do you accept?
If your session is in person you have the option to pay online with a card, or you can pay in cash in person. If your session is online, you can pay online by card. We do not accept checks.

• Is my information private?
Of course, all our coaches/professionals are under confidentiality agreements that will be discussed with the client on their first session.

• What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds if your session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within the first 24 hours, you may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% transaction fee.

• Where would my session be if I am having an in-person session?

The location for your session will be sent to you via e-mail and/or text sms once your booking is confirmed for safety concerns.
